I think every thing he sayed is true tbh, the server is a joke and needs bloody restarting every once in a while

I've said this a million times, the amount the site works compare to the amount of downtime it has is fantastic its not always the site we just blame the server. The site runs fantastically well 99% of the time and as most people don't pay for it how can they moan :-/

server does need restarting but not moaning about it

some people wouldn't buy premium because of the server downtime was the case with cmurphy last year i think. I have my own reasons for not getting premium but if users don't think they are getting moneys worth then normally they won't pay.

and those on premium may not renew due to the problems

I have to say i very rarely have an issue with the server and if i ever start 'not responding' its usually cos of my crappy broadband has decided to have a tantrum

But i can see why people are not happy as it is rather irritating when it does happen, especially in a tournament where a rediculous amount of rank can be gained/lost by it

I was going to get premium, but with the site the way it is the now i refuse to pay the money as it would be useless.

same for me but my computer has a hissy fit instead, i rarely have the connection failing timer as i crash before that but normally its either my modem (gets turned off between midnight and 1) or the server.

i rarely log in anyway due to state my computer is in so im not too worried

an idea, perhaps admins could do a reset every month? this ensures people that the site is running fine and can't complain much if it does go wrong due to server being refreshed monthly

Still people are Not getting the point if your not paying how an you complain about something that is FREE, that's like going to get a free gift out of a newspaper or something then moaning it ain't te one you want, people need to think about the hours of fun you get out of this site, so you lose a few ranking points due to every now and again the server going down diddums lol.

don't care about rank but Jay has pointed out that he was going to buy premium but due to server as it is right now he decided against it.

a reset would sort this and in the process MAY earn nick money as people are reassured that the site is fine so they would want to buy it.

I think ive been logged out once since i came back from my 9month hiatus from the site due to the server, the other times i get logged out is because my mum turns off net then turns it back on
