Next time u get a virus instead of calling out the " Tech guys" why not look and see what has been installed or put into your " start up" that way u can get rid of it very easily without the cost or the hassle of a complete clean install

for your informantion dex i got a friend round to wipe my hardrive when u get a bad virus it can be hard to locate it and as you know about computers u know some viruses cant be detected . its all sorted now . ty for your concern on this issue
