Totally agree with this, but he said i played safety in 8 ball us, but i played offence and also got a 7 balling, there was no safety play in 8 ball us like he say to everyone, it was no tactical games too, only offensive play on my side
depends on situation for me, if it was connection i would replay, if it was purpose i would claim.
but this situation is blown out of proportion, we all have opinions about styles of play for example, i don't like safety play in UK but i accept it and play through it.
covering pockets is a good tactic ive had used on me before, same with potting opponents ball purposely to gain an advantage. On snooker it wouldn't be allowed due to our strict fair play guidelines but pool is more tactical than snooker.
Davy/Fizz play the game and stay in your clans

You were playing safety..and you only got the 7balling because i pot one of your balls you played to cover a pocket, due to sheer annoyance.
Forget about all this bickering, its a childish act and nothing is gonna get sorted, and if anything, more links will be broken. Its not exactly the end of the world...a little fight broke out over a game, and a genuine accident occured on my behalf regardless of whether think its true or not. Fighting isn't gonna solve anything, it always causes more problems. Forget about all the nonsense that occured, you can take the frame if you really want to, but just get the games done and stop all this nonsense.

Some players don't get on, i get it, and i can be the worst for arguing till im blue in the face getting my point accross, but lets just remember, there will always be player rivaleries, and certain people we dont get on with, which we can deal with by tactical subbings if needed in future, but there is no need for anyone to leave a clan after a run in with one player.
Davy, you're an excellent player and a valued clan member, and you're style of play shouldnt ever have been questioned, its points on the board that count, and you do that consistantly.
And im sick of people ranting about snookers not belonging in pool.I've played pool at national level, and snookers are an integral part of the game, and are used every frame where an obvious runout isn't on.

Clans are competitive and so are some players in normal games, their is no set rules on you can't play a professional foul or anything if that is what you mean.

Nah i wasn't on about a professional foul, just general safety play as it seems thats what all the fuss is about. I think covering the pockets is a great tactic, It certainly stops ur opponent from clearing up and thats what it's all about.

Is a great tactic indeed, i myself find it useful in some sticky situations and only really use it when i have to if i see a clearance on then 9/10 i will go for it.

Is this what UTs are all about, have a go at opponents for playing safe and leave when losing, I wouldn't blame Davy if he doesnt want to finish, I wouldn't, we play in clans for fun and a bit of banter not to have opponents have a go because of the way we play, thats usually used to put opponents off, I'd rather give up the Cup match because if they are that desperate they turn to these tactics and their Captains defend them I Don't want MVP involved, I'll speak to Keith later.
Like i said several times, i wasn't arguing. I was expressing my opinion on your gameplay, and I made it clear that i dislike your style of play, as all you did was cover pockets, even if you had a chance to pot and clear up. At the end of the day, this is pool, not snooker. If you want to snooker people, please sign up at http://www.funkysnooker.com and i'm sure people will appreciate your snookering obsession. And besides, it is snooker after all, so they'll enjoy using their carom skills to escape from your snookers

Didn't defend what he said so read again, I defended the fact he never meant to leave the game hence he came back straight away to play it, he is entitled to an opinion just like last week two of your players were entitled to their opinion about tratter you remember that? Probably not, also easy way out when your losin a cup game "we don't are about the cup if they want it we will just let them have it"
Majority I the big arguing in clans is always because of a game against MVP and to blatantly accuse my players of Cheating something both u and Keith did last night is highly unfair and wrong from captains of a clan.

Seems that way, that's why i was asking earlier if safety play is allowed in clan matches (as stupid as it sounds) as you can see tho a lot of the top players take clan games very seriously I guess thats because they hate losing that much, sad times!!!

I would consider myself a good player on this game but I don't mind win or lose I play the game to win like anyone else but I can take a loss like a man :-)

For christ sake chocco got logged out he came straight back online literally 30 seconds and TRIED numerous times to get davy to invite him to which Davy kept closing the pm, the same thing he did to jay, so it wasn't chocco that refused to play, that's all im going to say on the matter for now.
