runners can change rules as they see fit, doesn't matter when, if we feel subs should be allowed then thats what will happen.

whose clan is it benefiting? if only one clan got offered to swap one person then i would agree with you but BOTH clans got offered this swap so you can't call the runners biased (i know you never said it but i read it that way).

The rules of a cup draw are is and have not been changed ...other clans have had to endure it before why should it be changed because of lack of players ?

I do not think that this situation has come about before hence why there has never been a call to look at the rules.

People are right, in this situation the rule is flawed and needs adjusting to ensure this doesn't happen again
