I don't actually see your point at all, as why would others refuse when the likes of UT have already stated that they are gunning for top two spots so they can get into the division one, and im quite sure TPA are also wanting to get back to the top flight.
but this is breaking a rule to you can not go straight into division one as a new clan or a reformed team,

The above was an example of division two teams who would get promoted. Why would the likes of UT refuse or ask not to be in the division one.

Are you serious? I don't want to enlarge their ego's but UT have a division one team, how can you say they are not good enough is beyond me, have a look at their team before making a rather stupid statement.

dose it matter who they have in the team that will be breaking a rule if you did simple really

When we got promoted Vikings folded after winning the second, if we had said we wanted to stay in the 2nd division then the leagues wouldn't have been even because of the amount of first division teams folding.
The next season 3 went up again lot of 1st division clans folding and again if mouseketeers or Wolf Pack had decided they wanted to stay down then the leagues would have been uneven or somebody would have had to go straight up into the 1st which nobody thinks is fair.
It probably will be a problem in the future, hopefully we will eventually get away from clans folding all the time and that will solve it.

True, but there's nothing one can do to prevent that. If enough clans fold, that's what happens. As kenny said, he would still play div 1 if it was needed to avoid trouble, but in this case, there is no trouble. If loads of teams were folding, Vipers would play div 1.

It's looking a bit better anyway now seb we will be on our 5th season next time, shooters 4th and you, MVP and TPA their 3rd. The new clans have good experienced captains...only really untouchables you can see folding after a season

yeah you should but if the number is odd sometimes runners may need your help, however no matter what happens to you your guaranteed to be accepted anyway

Everyone is loving having a sly dig, yet they really don't know how much we have been talking to each other clearly? Oh well we will have to prove everyone wrong and beat you all along the way.
