Premium lag problem

I have just gone from a laptop to desktop as my brother who owned the laptop has moved out. Tonight is the first time I have logged on with the desktop, as soon as I logged on I realised the adverts were at the top of the playing page instead of at the side which is where they where when I played on the laptop. To solve this I bought premium, since then the lag I have got is incredible. Literally every shot was lagging and therefore I have had to untick premium and play with a small table and adverts. What a waste of £10! Anything I can do to solve this? Thank you

alright the adverts being at the top ( as they used to be are now on the side because of your screen resolution)
that will never affect the game in anyway,
im guessing you used the laptop because it was new, and the desktop is old. thereofre im guessing the desktop has viruse,
( you can press cntrl alt and delete and then click on processes, if you have more than 28 processes running at one time, your computer will have viruses, most of the time, unless you have things such as itunes, ect on your pc,
i had 78 processes open once :P
anyways, here are tips to reduce lag,
close the funky forum, dont have msn open, definatly dont have facebook or youtube open and DONT use google chrome
that will never affect the game in anyway,

I have to close everything when i am playing even the forums ha or i will get lag.

yh i think we all get lag problems m8, close everything except the game, u can press ctrl-alt-del and right click on java and set the priority to high this will just make sure if u have anything else running java will have the most power, ads on the top is because probably u have it on normal screen when i go widescreen the ads r on the left.
also norton do a 1 month free trial for your comp give it a good old scan with that see what ya find.
remember when you play close everything, even a browser with nothing on it will slow it considerably.

Although you can downlaod AVG for free dont use it, download AVAST( its the best) and its free
