Issues with the game window seem to happen too frequently

I was just in a clan game, was my opponents turn and the game window went white, had the tab at the top still and the advert to the left but everything else went white. Pm's got closed too.

Anyone know a reason for this?

are you using google chrome? happens frequently since i went to java 23 and on IE i haven't black screened yet (even having forum open), get the odd freeze/lag but nothing major

I am yeah, i got a black screen when using firefox a couple of times, one of the reasons for the change, ill try a different java and see if it makes a difference, cheers james

chrome is as bad as firefox, firefox for me tends to freeze all the time whereas chrome tends to white screen.

Its nothing to do with chrome James as ive always used chrome and ive NEVER had black or white screen

I tend to get logged out or page closes itself .... usually due to been quoted or tagged, so i tend to avoid opening them...

4 times in 2 days my java has black screened when i accept an invite? browser continues to work... so annoying i have to close the in-game to get rid of the black screen

I'm unsure about this comment, I've only started white screening since getting chrome.

i had this alot with chrome and still get it with safari although that goes to black screen...slightly got better with java update but still happens

How can one person(me) not get white/black screen but everyone else does?

Surely its not a chrome thing as I don't get black/white screen and i always use Chrome, so it as got to be something on your laptops/Pc that is making your get black/white screen?

I think, that when ur on game server playing or what not, if you accidentally click advert or click link for somebody quoting you, it messes up game window, causes white/black and you lose everything..used to happen to me all the time on IE , still will, but i avoid it as best as i can

the bits in bold don't happen to me sniper and i click links all the time when I've been quoted or tagged or someone sends me a music video from youtube

hmm well that is the only problem i have had to cause white or black screen.

fairly obvious solution to this.......set the site back to how it was 4 years ago

Black screen is what i have found to be normally something to do with your security suite...I have noticed that when it is installing updates ( esp norton ) my java screen would drop out to black screen several times with 2-5 secs of black to 10 of normal viewing. Don't know if this is the same as what you guys are getting ?

agreed,no probs at all with chrome.only prob i get with chrome is links to tags and quotes never open up when i click them

Still disagree I have had more issues with chrome than IE and FF
