Hampden Park.

Rangers league match with attendance of 118,567, unsure on the score though.

If not the above then has to be the Celtic v Aberdeen cup final in 1937, attendance was around 148 thousand.

Scotland v England is correct also the year 1937

Blinky is closest with the attendance 149,415 but some sources claim 149,547.
