what part of "i will only play 11 more games". u dont understand?

I have played 4 games.. if u say is 3 .. ok .. just know that no one in will make me play more than 11 games.

If you all spent as much time playing games rather than posting, 3 pages now there wouldnt be an issue.

Am I missing something here? The supposed rule break mentioned is that the game was not 'private'?

Leaving aside that both players presumably started the game under these conditions and therefore any result of a game completed under those conditions should really stand, if it is viewed as a definite rule break then surely all games are voided and it reverts to 0-0?

Can't have it as a half way house - its one or the other.

Anything relating to the spectator coming to the room is irrelevant as a) its overridden by the game room type issue which has occurred first and b) because there was no invite and also there was no mutual consent understanding (at least from anything posted so far on the threads)?

Not taking any sides here - just trying to understand whats going on as it clearly affects the written rules and, potentially, future games, let alone is causing unnecessary ill feeling.

I spoke to Ant about this yesterday and the first 3 frames count only. The fact that the room was public is irrelevant as the rule doesn't say a private room is a MUST. Whether toluca's presence affected Ant's game play or not, it was made clear by Ant that no spectators were welcome. Toluca re-entering the room breeched the terms of the game, therefore making frame 4 redundant.

Got to agree with chris if this is the chain of events as how they unfolded.

If Ant was unhappy in the 4th frame and that game is to be void, why did he play in a 5th frame? just seems like twisting the rules to suit. 3-2 2-2 or 0-0 seems to be the logical choice, you can't justify 2-1 really.

king8ball1 has stated several times he will play 11 more games, so why does ant not just come on and play those 11 games?

Actually the two scores that can be justified are 2-1 or 3-1 being sporting we are not claiming the frame King8ball walked out of, hence saying 2-1 not 3-1!

In all honesty, I have the screenshots of the conversation between king8ball1 and antione08 (also toluca321), I can blatantly see what took place and 2-1 is the result at the moment, if both players can continue to play the remaining 12 frames, that would be most appreciated. If not then to the default panel it goes.

if ant carried on its 3-2 at most to ant, zak as got a VERY interesting point there, IF toluca came in at the 3rd frame and they both stopped playing, toluca would have ad to leave the game for ant to press YES so the Golden Break should count

Re-entering doesnt breech the rules if its an open room - the rules only cover invites. If you start a game in an open room you are accepting those conditions. If you dont accept the conditions then you stop immediately and revert back to the guidelines as per the rules.

If that happens at 2-1 after the first three games, and during game 3 the issue arises, how does game 4 start? And consequently also game 5 as well?

As for screen shots they have always been not allowed as evidence on the basis they can be changed. Certainly not something I would know how to do but many posts on the subject showing they can be. Again its all or nothing - you use them all the time or not at all.
