its always a friendly chat before warning unless they are on 2 accounts etc

some aspects i do agree with Jay that no matter what you do the arguments would continue however i do think we need punishments as it shows the runners are actually doing something rather than sitting back and letting it happen, call us league moderators if you like.

im used to the arguments as i have been a runner a long time but at the same time im bored of seeing them as well (part of reason why im leaving FCL at end of season).

Coming from a 31 year old man, who i have seen on plenty of occasions start meaning less arguments, and giving people hassle. Your the one that is telling people to grow up but yet you do this sometimes yourself, take a leaf out of your on book and do it, better yet do the adult thing and ignore it like many do.

Your just as bad as some of the people on here for starting arguments and other meaningless rubbish so maybe while we have a look at them we should have a look at you to.

Stop the arguing, accept that we are looking into and be a man and walk away from it, leave it be!

Complaints

I saw a rule on the old website which i will bring back with immediate effect.

"Any grievances should be directed to dgeneratio or bluenose1872 in offline messages. Any complaints on the forum from now on will be ignored and no punishment will be issued"

so in theory the only way you will get me to look at complaints and possibly issue some sort of punishment is by offline messages.

Me and Jay will also issue the punishment in offline messages (unless its a suspension of some kind) as this way it should cut some arguments out.

If we ask you to do something we expect you to listen to what has been said.

This isn't at anyone in general either but at everyone in the league.

i agree James, probably is the best option, useful tool if people used it constructively but it just gets abused
