I have an idea...

Ive been reading through a few threads and I know from past experiences aswell that 80% of all the arguements are caused by shooters, so why not just boot them from the league?

wouldn't really stop it unfortunately, i don't think anything can, if we banned all members from league it would still happen, maybe more frequent since they can't play in the league.

...how about no defaults, no panel, no decision.... dont play the game dont get the points .... Simple!

Cant complain then really, no arguments on decisions and no one wins the league on a default.

Makes league runners lives easier

Still get the points for winning the fixture though.

No arguing about who is reliable or whatever on defaults panel if you dont like someone

How about applying the rules as they actually stand. Your starting position is zero for a default game and you then earn points for the effort made.

if you try and stop another team scoring, you are also stopping yourself from scoring... if clans want to harm themselves then go ahead. but to be honest, think the league would be better without having to faff with defaults.

I agree with jem (for once) I think if the game isn't played unless someone deactivated both teams should get zero. and f its partially played they should get the points played.
Simple, clans fault if they mess up.

You have decent set of rules. The problems the league runners have is when they dont follow them. If you follow them then you can sit back and totally ignore any arguments.

And why punish active members?

What would happen if 1 team was active and the other not.


Maybe, a brief plan and new rule post would be helpful.

how can we ignore arguments when we have people constantly screaming at us on threads, offline messages and PMs... best to scrap the lot and save the hassle.

might make captains take responsibility for making subs when they are needed rather than hoping to pick up a few easy points through default... why should clans be rewarded for not playing?

Any games that are part played are still counted, e.g. part completed 4-2; clans still get the points for the frames played

Exactly - results and events doesnt take into account browsing... i browse all the time unless i fancy a tournament or have a clan match and my opponent online

And can we think of this season and not the next? The table still needs updating I would do it but I tried and i am sure it was wrong lol.

I browse on my ps3 lol and plenty do on there phones.

I agree with the no defaults, and with the partially Played games i agree with Zac.. This Would stop argument's because they wouldn't be a reason to argue would defo play for a team then lol

I know some will find it harsh but this way theres no arguments about the default scores and who doing what. Just simple same for everyone you don't like it then boom.

A v B being the only game to play, why would A bother when he knows if they dont play shooters win.
