it is same for everyone but since emma didn't have 2 accounts in the "TEAM LIST" then she could do it and thats the loophole i talked about.

league rules and funkypool rules are completely different...

...yes Emma COULD be punished under funkypool rules, although i highly doubt that since she requested permission prior to making a second account

...no Emma WILL NOT be punished in the league as she has not broken any rules

Think picking on Emma when she has gone about things correctly is a little unfair, if admin has told her a second account wasn't allowed, she would not have made it

FP rules and League rules are 2 different things, once people see that the better, emma has not broken any LEAGUE rules so therefore no punishment needed.

FUNKYPOOL rules are dealt with outside this league so therefore im happy for emma not only to still play but be in defaults team as well.

This is last fixture set so next season if Jay/Jem don't want emma in defaults team next season then its up to them.

so admin told her she was allowed a second account ??? funny that because i was told i couldnt sign in on fb by mod, even without playing games, so i would be interested to know how someone could play ranked games on second account

Emma only has one account, shes hardly multiusing to get rank up or cheatin in clans....hmm

Dont see the issue when only one account is being used, i myself have deactivated accounts, wonna pull me up over those?...melody is deactivated, angel is in use, end of discussion, no rules being broke.

There are plenty of people with more than one account, including some clan captains that openly have admitted it

well i never gave her permission and she has not broken any league rules so not really my problem, its up to James whether or not she can play in this fixture for FCL.

Had spoken to league runners and as i took melody out of team and put angel in before the fixtures were officially suppose to have been released, angel will be playing in the fixture

Not to mention the fixtures were released over 24 hours earlier than the release time.

Only players (user names) who are registered for a clan at the time each fixture is published may play games in that fixture.

we were told we had till 8pm today sign players for proof read through the last 20 pages of UB thread somewhere on there between all the removed comments

The league official release time has always been 8 pm on a Sunday, if the league decide to release early that is not the player or clans fault.

Both angel and mattywellie were signed well before 8pm.

The thing I would like in the rules is that each person can only use one username in the league per season, stop people changing names during the season.

2.1 Fixture timing
Fixtures are released every other Sunday (or earlier at discretion of league hosts) and all games must be played by the deadline given.
