The only truly inactive players we had were ccfc1927 and pirate_steve. Everyone else was on enough to get games played. At one stage earlier in the fixture, every single opponent in one of the fixtures (7 fixtures, I won't name the clan) was offline for at least 2 days....
If you look at them individually (like they did) it doesn't look nearly as bad for us.

We have inactive players, or players that dont respond to messages to play maybe (still, in effect, inactive), that lose defaults 15-0.

Ha! Look at his opponent! jpenny3 was offline for 8 days at a time if I remember correctly. pirate was off at most 3 days.
That would've been one where they could've rewarded less than the full amount. But if they were giving them all, pirate deserved them more than his opponent for sure.

But if your player is 'truly inactive' I am sure you and dgen would have made the panel aware of this. As per Rule 8.9.1 that would have been reflected in the scores for both players.

his opponent was pool_champ_2, i am glad you track things so clearly and jpenny3 won her default 9-6 so if she was that inactive how bad was your player, the same player who lost a default 9-6 against a player who was that inactive then won his other default 8-7 so his opponent must have been really, really inactive

1st time you shouldn't have the bonus but you did (sean_paul vs skiller10) then because of last set and miscommunication with info people was afraid of giving bonus out that time, so instead i decided to make it even by not awarding the bonus.

i even offered ab to switch bonus from skiller vs lyle to davys game vs the_joker (or whoever it was), if you look at it this way its still 10 bonus points so no damage done and no punishment.

1 mistake doesn't make up for another mistake...... Kompany's red card, and Glen Johnsons "fair tackle" were the same, but different out comes. Surely, you have to be consistent?

1st was a mistake 2nd time wasn't as i was putting it right from the previous set.

look if i went back and asked default for a re-cast on lyle vs skiller 90% of them would vote no, but because it was over with i let it slide even with the miscommunication. 2nd time people voted no for the bonus (maybe due to set before i don't know) but i said no at the end because of that previous set (still 10 bonus points whether you like it or not).

if both of them was Yes for bonus then clearly would have been a mistake.

up to MVP if you want the bonus for davy's 15-0 game but i take away the bonus from lyle vs skiller (still 10 bonus points) as it should be or leave it as it is but one thing is clear you wouldn't have got both bonuses either way.

wasn't paying too much attention to our players activity because i have to update the league so my focus is on that (i mainly only log into game server for clan games only unless i fancy a practice)

It's not MVP's fault for YOUR "miscommunication" though. Where as this match (Davy's game) and set of matches should have the 10points bonus.

It's your error basically, not MVP's!

Actually neither set qualified for the bonus as per the existing written rules so although there was an error MVP are 10 points up from it.

Trouble is defaults are being posted that go against the guidelines in the rules. Thats something to be addressed for next season so that there arent situations where some inactive players score 7 or 8 points while other inactive players score zero.

Anyway all good fun.

was MVP's as well someone sent in information which was false which at the time they believed is true, this of course influenced the bonus choices. the bonus won't be changed no matter what you think or say unless ab wants to swap lyles bonus with davys but you won't be awarded 20 bonus points its simply not right.

so stop arguing a case you cannot win and one what has already been dealt with, just enjoy these last 2 weeks.
