My first win in this in a long, long time! Great opponent too and a pleasure to play against Sniper got bad luck with people in his house costing him random shot penalties which allowed me to build up a big lead.

Woohoo! Think I'm back as a player. Two wins in Division 5 get me promoted up to Division 4. It was a good game with powerfool and if he wasn't unlucky it could have gone either way.

Week 27 update
So, two more games played since the last update nearly two days ago, yet Divisions 1, 3, 4 and 7 have not even been started (although there is a story to Division 7 but more on another day). Division 2 is up in the air with nothing decided and everything coming down to one game, and Division 5 has one fixture left, and it's a relegation game. Division 6 is the only one that's finished.

sean9 is gone, and degeneratio looks like he is also gone, so there will be repercussions further on down the leagues. There might even be at least one temporary four-player division, but we'll see. I have no idea yet how it will pan out.

Firstly, beenjammin retakes his place as the top player in the league by getting revenge on scott7a. In Division 2, all three players won one and lost one, so the division is decided by the player's losing scores, and sarny_lad (30) comes out on top, followed by jose_enrique (16) and punkpoet (15). Jose did just enough in his defeat to punkpoet; if he'd scored only 15, the result between them would have decided it, and, of course, Jose lost that game, so he was essentially saved from relegation (and punkpoet relegated) by one point, and that probably makes it the tightest gap between positions yet, along with games where a player reaches 34 and loses, and therefore either misses out on promotion or gets relegated.

In Division 3, lethal_playa played no games and gets automatically relegated, and the w_hoolahan win over ritcho decides promotion. In Division 4, potlimit looks like s goner and dgen is having troubles, so irish_ninja wins by default. I win Division 5 with the powerfool vs 9ballsniper_ relegation going unplayed. In Div 6, sean9 played a game but got banned, leaving lethal_lures' win over erigert as the only functional game there. And the crazzymadman vs bluenose1872 rematch did not go ahead.

Now, dgen has asked to leave. We also say goodbye to potlimit who is inactive, and to sean9 who got banned. This leaves players being sucked up the divisions, which would have included the winner of powerfool vs 9ballsniper_, but that game was unplayed, so I gave the spare place in Division 4 to Sniper for the simple reason that he mentioned something on the forum and powerfool did not. Tough, but that's the way it has to go. (Not a default win, just a decision as to who goes up.) If Sniper had said nothing, I was gonna leave both players in Division 5, leaving no relegation from the divisions from 4 all the way down.

Lot's of mistakes throughout the match really scrappy if I'm being honest. Also a bumble bee flew into Zac's eye while he was playing and he couldn't see.... that's how I got the win :) Good game man unlucky :)
