Comments on promotion/relegation there where it's certain, and in all of those cases, a player winning both games gets promoted, and one losing both gets relegated. Where it isn't certain due to unplayed games (no division finished with all three players winning one and losing one), here's what's been decided.

No games were played in Division 3, so no-one can get promoted (unless one player was very active and the other two were not). I've tried to get games played but I haven't been around enough. Matty has had computer problems, which means I kinda have to find against him. I don't like it, but it has to be consistent with earlier decisions. jose_enrique has only recently appeared also. So no promotion from Division 3.

Next: with no player going up from Division 3, and a player getting promoted to that division, the easiest thing is to have no relegation from Division 2. Therefore punkpoet is saved from relegation.

And finally, relegation from Division 4. lethal_playa has been active lately, 9ballsniper_ has not, and that's all there is to it.

It leaves the divisions for Week 25 looking something like this:

I won't go on about this as i will get a warning of some kind but the odd foul ok fair enough but how much he did was ridiculous and the game wasnt fun at all and thats why i play for a laugh.

Emmm... There's numerous discussions on deliberate fouling on the forums, including on whether or not it's actually cheating, so I think that's where discussion needs to happen on this particular matter, as opposed to calling someone a cheat here on this thread. I'd rather not have bad feeling on this thread. Double-potting on 33 was unlucky though.

8 fouls equals minus 8 points plus loss of turn, plus a chance to perhaps foul back tactically (i.e. giving as good as one gets) and force him to play a fair shot to avoid a 15-point penalty. I'd love it if someone did that against me...!
