Regarding cphaynes (2) vs chris (3), both players were online tonight at the same time and got a reminder from me, but both are browsing now. I did get a reply from one, but under all the circumstances, there's nothing I can do regarding avoiding the procedure mentioned on Page 12, which in turn pushes the winner of the w_hoolahan (3) 15-35 punkpoet (4) match up to Level 2, and the losing player up to Level 3. Also, two consecutive unplayed games for cphaynes leaves him liable to the expulsion rule, which I don't want.

I'm not 100% if that has been the right decision, by the way. I've been sure about other decisions, but not this one. I really don't like it, but I think we're stuck with it.
