1.4 Player transfers
Player transfer during seasons are not allowed. Between each season there is a transfer window during which players may move to other clans. The exception to this is if a captain removes a player after the season starts, the league staff will then review the case and decide if that player can be considered a free agent.

1.9 Replacing players that leave the clan
At any time, a clan captain may remove a player from their clan and/or replace a player that has left the clan with any free agent, subject to quarantine according to Rule 1.7. Any player that leaves a clan after the season has started cannot take any further part in that season for any clan under Rule 1.4

reworded 1.4, not sure 1.9 needs changed as thats for players that leave.

If Beth is allowed to play for a clan this season i don't see why i shouldn't be able to either. Similar situation in both IMO

anyway if its a league staff case then i would say yes the case craig posted about yetti (unfortunately the wrong league though) and beths case i would probably say yes.

rule hasn't been changed yet, people are discussing which is all well and good but i need some input whether to implement it soonish for next fixture.

mark i know we dont see eye to eye but ask league to review it.

afterall that is why we have a league and runners to help make decissions

captains bullying, the warning/fixture ban again is discretion but if it was me in that particular instance i would say no to the move.
