OMG you do make me smile cwaig , funny thing is i actually agree with you on the early morning tourney's ( your time ) but you still enter don't you ! Same with others that moan about it . Fact is people from all across the globe play funky pool , we DONT all live in the UK . Now tourna points and micros have been brought in something should be put in place so a tournament starts when a certain amount of people enter ? Its kind of boring with all theses tournaments every 15 minutes !

that didnt stop you entering tournies and they didnt need to be ranked . only stopped you from posting , plus it isnt 50 games , if you want to play every tournament you need play 280 and when theres not many ranked games thats no that easy

this isnt about me , i know if i deactivate ive gotta do the games and i accept that and ill slowly get there ....it just came to me that a genuine newbie might find it a bit of a chore having to qualify to play wat is in fact a fun game and that the policy might discourage the new hard core from becoming addicted

Think the main suggestion here is:

Keep tournaments ranked
Keep tournapoints and stuff

Change it that newbies CAN enter ranked tournaments

If you read more what i said i did say that there are less ranked games but there are also less games to lose in each discipline. As stated above it really needs to be made one whole thing instead of friendly tournies here and there. At the end of the day rank doesnt really matter anyway so still play for fun.

Erm didnt realise i had stalkers on here aswel :S and yeah i did used to play a bit for rank and have since realised it's not really that important. Nice to look pro but it makes no odds does it.

There is no law to reseting, maybe kirk just liked doing it. Rank may never have came into that decision.

True, it wasnt cos of rank at all. I was just unhappy with the way i played at that point. But i thought it was easier to just agree that i wanted rank because i have at certain points.
