Can we have tournys that are free from clans and pros?

Tournaments would not hold the same value. If you want to win a tournament then you have to play the best. I think that you are being stereotypical of clan players. Not to mention that they would still take just as long as normal tournaments.

Absolutely disagree.
Missed the point entirely.

Firstly, the manners of most clan members is very poor. Especially to those (newbies) that they can easily exploit. Killer is the best example. Where an 850 player will cruise and pick off lowly newbies. And Yes I know about the points system and how it works out the points.
A tourny or two excluding clans and pros would provide the lower ranks with an incentive to improve.
Its a bit like the League cups vs the FA cup in football.

Clan members are no different to other players who aren't in clan. Both can be either fast or slow players and both can also be good, bad or indifferent.
Edit: non-Clan members can be just as rude, if not ruder, than clan members
I really don't see what difference it makes

Note the impact. Only Clan members have responded.

Come on at 3am when there are no clan members about then

Free from pros too? Right I'll just reset, keep my rank low then enter so it's an easy tourny win.
Also, clans are unofficial, so it would be impossible with the current structure to stop them from being in a tourny. And it would be wrong just to discard them anyway, when as said, non-clan members do tend to be more rude!
There's your reply from a non-clan member.

Im not in any clan and see no need to discriminate clan players or pros, from tournaments.
If you so wish to enter tournaments that there are not many pros entering, then may I suggest you enter the friendly tournaments, that are designed to allow ALL to compete including newbies!
