Just wondered is it possible to have a warning sound say 1 minute before 20 mins idle so you dont get logged out.

I have entered a tournament and went on to check the threads etc then looked back at game window to see that i have received a BYE so carry on doing Admin work on the threads time flies and next thing you are logged out 20mins idle and DSQ from tournament.

Just a idea

Yes I like this idea, as same goes for me, I will enter a tournament and then have a browse of forums or other websites. I then click back to open up the pool page, and I have been automatically logged/idled out for 20 minutes.

OR, If I am waiting for a certain tournament the same happens, I will be logged out and not be able to enter.

The sound yes could just be any sort of noise or an alert perhaps saying 1 minute until 20 minute log out? An alert would possibly be harder, but I'm sure if a sound was introduced everybody would get used to it and once the sound has went off, the user would then click open the window hit a shot and they will be fine.

I always intend to do that by taking a shot but sometimes time goes by without realising

Happens to me all the time when i'm on other websites or the forum.

It just happened, I entered 8 Ball Arcade tournament. Received a BYE first round so just sat and watched wimbledon, then went to check pool and I had been logged out. Therefore DQ'd in the tournament.
