Irrespective of "pismel has reached the required score , you can continue ......" There were sufficient time warnings indicating that the game was approaching the allocated time limit.

The point is that he didnt realise the significance of that having reached the 35 points and played on. If even one player has that misconception (and its more than one because I never realised it either ) then it is an issue. Fortunately one easily resolved by any number of means.

Moving this one step on. If you choose to play on after 35 points then really the time limit ought to be brought forward to the point where every other match in the round is completed. I dont think other players should have to wait the full length of time for the next round whilst someone who has already won a game just carries on potting till he/she misses.

Pismel has been around long enough to know that after reaching a allocated time limit in a frame, it will end after the time warnings!

tbh jim i thought wen it said "you have reached the required score " that id won ....if id thought i was gonna get sacked out id have missed , i musta potted 8 or 9 after the 35 target was reached
