Right.. ok well recently ive being getting thrown off the site randomly for no reason and i know it's not my connection, i was in the chat room yesterday and all the way down the chat was such and such is not responding or has started responding so i know everyone else is suffering lol.. aslo i couldn't get onto funkypool for 2 hours today and last night ? why i don't know but ive asked others and they were the same so what's going on!!!

up and running at the minute yes but people still regularly get logged out for no apparent reason so get changing that host lol.

I got logged out a few days ago during the final of 8 Ball UK Speed tourny.

i have had this trouble too

This costs time and money, also with changing host the site could be down for further time whilst changing. Also the site could encounter further problems with a different host which could lead to downtime.

So he would have to look into hosts, find funding money to change (presumably from premium account signups, if that money has not already gone on this host and or server.) It is not as easy as it appears Jonathan I am sure Nick will sort it in time, just be patient.

Considering I don't have time to perform a host transfer over the next week or so (which will take me a few days but also cause a few hours downtime) we will have to stick with the current hosts and hope that the quality does indeed improve.

That time was probably down to your connection as, as far as I can see, we've not had any downtime at that point and other users were unaffected. See:

Server seems to have crashed again.My opponents shot clock is at 0 and nothing is happening. That's about 5 minutes and neither of us have been logged out yet. The chat rooms and game rooms aren't showing up, so I can't go elsewhere
