all you do is sort your java out nothing to do with killerpool

but yeah it does look more realistic and hope it comes on snooker shortly.

I'm interested to see it on snooker actually as it's a totally different visual animation with the netting.

Then again, unless the actual pocket design is changed it'll probably be the same, which I can't see looking realistic.

just wondering? has any1 else had shots that wud go in before easy but now dont?

Havent noticed that as none of my shots go in easy!
However since the update i have noticed a few times that the ball can actually be overlapping into the cushion,and wont roll down the cushion for a pot.
Anyone had this?

Yes I've also had this both on snooker and pool before since the update but never seen it before so not sure what's been done thats made it occur

In the middle of a game with buzzboxxuk, played a shot in UK on a red into the top right corner and the 'roll down' animation kind of got stuck on repeat (it's sitting there rattling in the pocket rather than disappearing) and the game's frozen because of it...thought it'd be worth mentioning.

EDIT: It also stopped me from leaving the game and changing rooms, we both had to log out in order to solve it.

Thanks for feedback - on UK 8 ball on the centre pockets there is indeed a bug.

In this batch of changes I added some optimized code for UK 8 ball (it's independent to the ball in pocket animation - but as I was working in this area I implemented it). However it was configured incorrectly - so to cut a long story short the most sticky out bit of the centre pockets currently dont count as the pocket.

This will be fixed next patch.

Could those parts not be made cloth coloured as opposed to pocket coloured then?

Might be a subtle change to UK8 play that brings an improved aspect to the gameplay. May even in the long run show to have been the beginning of an acceptance to move the UK8 game to a more realistic table?

It's fixed now, all the pocket coloured bits are now correctly the pocket, this was a bug rather than a deliberate change.
