nick do u know any other programmes i should stop running because the stuttering is still happening just not as often?

Also ensure you have all the latest drivers for your machine, run a Windows update.

Also take a look at the task manager as a shot is being played, are there any process other than Java taking significant resources?

Lastly try running the game in a smaller window. If this works than the problem could be machine limitations.

when taking a shot the only things that move the CPU numbers are a java programme firefox and something called "csrss.exe" theres no description of what it is and it takes up like 5,000 k??

how do i run a windows update?

and when i make the window smaller it still stutters

Click the windows icon on the bottom left, in the search bar type in "windows update" then click the windows update icon.


If there are any updates to be made then do them.

This may be a silly question but are you sure nothing like - Security scans, Windows live etc is running whilst you are in game?

I Have just tried this myself and other processes do move as well but the one you have mentioned(csrss.exe), mine takes up around 1,968K, quite a difference to yours if that is correct!

these are the ones that are running on task manager:

there's more running is "services" which is were i canceled windows desktop manager thingy. but agen i wouldnt know which ones too stop.

yeah i just tried stopping a service called "themes" but that didnt help

do u think i should try stopping csrss.exe? or will that mess up my laptop?

Since csrss.exe is a system process it should not be stopped. The process is required for Windows to work properly.
