Sorry for delay - have you tried disabling sounds (via game options) and seeing whether this makes a difference?

Bump.
have noticed that this stuttering is really bad on UK compared to the US tables it is still noticeable on the US tables but not as bad..

On the page of the specific benchmark I sent you too? I think it's capped at 64fps.
