[B][U]How the league is going to work:[/B][/U]

Groups will be split evenly into Group A and Group B. Each clan will play each other once in a game format of 3 games of 8 Ball, 8 Ball UK, 9 Ball and 1 game of Straight. There will be 1 fixture per week. The points you gain in the clan match is the points you gain for the tables. e.g. Clan 1 (30) vs (20) Clan 2. Clan 1 gained 30 points and Clan 2 has 20 points.

The top 2 from each group will progress to the semi-finals. There will be 2 one vs one matches and the game format of 3 games of 8 Ball, 8 Ball UK, 9 Ball and 1 game of Straight. The winners will progress the to the Grand Final and the losers will have a Battle for Third.

Battle for Third will be played with the game format of 3 games of 8 Ball, 8 Ball UK, 9 Ball and 1 game of Straight and the winner will get a Bronze Trophy.

Grand Final

This will be played with a game format of 5 games of 8 Ball, 8 Ball UK, 9 Ball and 2 game of Straight. The Winner will be given a Gold Trophy and loser will be given a Silver Trophy.

A Clan of the Season will be chosen at the end of the season by me and kevross.

Is swapping players classed as subbing? I've had this discussion before surely a swap is subbing a player out and then back in into a different fixture? And for a swap this must have happened twice. And somewhat makes a farce out of any fixtures? The clan captains mite as well just choose their own fixtures if this is the case

_angel_ this week is an exception, because we didn't have time to collect team sheets from everyone we have had to allow for swaps and subs, however for following weeks we will not allow players to swap fixtures but they will be allowed to sub

What I dont like is as captain I was not informed that I wasn't going to be picking my own team going into that game... surely I have the right to do so to avoid any complications that have suddenly arose like they have in this fixture, you say I can make as many substitutions as I want yet I have 2/3 players with a problem and 4 subs, that is not making as many as I want I am limited to 4 subs and need to use 3 of them immediately as I have just been informed I am not allowed to swap players around to avoid using a sub incase they are needed later on in the fixture. If I need to use 3 of them now and say 2 of the people involved have family problems or any other unforseens circumstances arise I am rather screwed so I'm not liking this process with you picking my team. Also not the bit where I cant swap around to avoid confrontation between players.

Don't seem to organised tbh. Marco says you can't swap but Kev is letting it go ahead? Makes very little sense!!

Well marco left me to do the fixtures yesterday so I had to make the guidelines myself on subs and swaps for the first week.

Just to clarify:

Clans may swap fixtures for the first week ONLY
Clans may make unlimited subs but once a person has been subbed out they CANNOT be subbed back in.

Last night you said you wouldnt play, so you can't really have a go at organisation skills, as for ignore thats fine but you have never done it before and i doubt you will for over a minute.

Either way it's gonna get ugly as all i seem to see is emma trying to provoke me one way or another so i refuse to play im afraid.
