Think McDonalds is on the same road, right by Lime Street Station. Went there, stayed over the night and came back.

We were gonna have a weekend down for my birthday last march, but the footy was on, so it was difficult finding a hotel for all of us.

I've got mates in Crewe, they said next time we're down, we can catch the train back to there's, last train at 11pm!!!! I don't flaming well think so...11am maybe

lol, we got a hotel at Mount Pleasant, fair few mates, weren't a bad price or a bad hotel. Just difficult to find if you've had a bit to drink and you've never been to Liverpool before

I made a witty comment saying something like, no point watching the match now. And he calls me an idiot because it hasn't happened.

Yep, I'm an Englishman who either thinks:
A. England v Germany happened yesterday but will be shown on Sunday
B: England v Germany is like wrestling or soaps and is scripted only to be revealed on Sunday and he has inside gossip
