1.12 - I'm sure many on here know me, and I've come back after a year as I was banned. But I'm back now, and before I got banned last time I made this clan, and I wish to continue with it. If any questions are to be asked, please either message me, or pm me whilst I'm on the game.

1.13 - In terms of users being in other clans, as far as I am aware, I had PERMISSION from the players whom I asked to join the clan. It is their responsibility to chase up their previous clan captain and make them aware. As far as I know, the captain is now aware that the players are no longer in their clan and have been transferred into my clan of their own will, as I did not force them to join my clan. The joining of my clan is absolutely the user's choice, as I will not refuse any offers from exceptional players. Whether or not they're in a clan, that doesn't concern me. It is their responsibility, as iterated before, to chase up their previous clan captains.

Previous accounts are irrelevant when the 2 month rule is concerned, EVERY player within their 2 months of their account being created have to wait until the 2 months have elapsed



There is NO permission for players(Already part of a clan) to be named before the next season starts.

Yes you can keep this clan going for chat and friendlies , and there is nothing stopping you asking ANY player to join your clan but naming them during the current season can jeapodize your chances in actually getting into the league

Shouldn't it be up to the players to tell their new captains not to name them. After all they are the ones who are aware of the rules

Not really Zak, as all captains should know the rules. Players may not actually know the rules and the rule changes as they are just asked to join a clan out the blue

All captains that have experience in the current league,

captains creating clans without experience (on current account) have a priority to FIRST get players in, THEN think about the leagues

the players stated may have only been for fpl so wouldn't have been a problem

players have the option to say dont put my name down until i tell my current clan

If they dont, thats their fault, providing that they actually did say definately yes

The players who are currently in the league are going to be the ones who have read the rules, not those just establishing clans after an extended leave

but should clans wanting to enter the league not be expected to read the rules before they set out on making a clan?

Correct Kev, but also what if said captain named players already playing for a clan that are intending to enter the fpl but not the fcl. That way they are getting by that rule and will no doubt create tension with other clans.

I know that that would jeprodise the chances of any clan getting in the fcl then and it's extremely unlikely that any clan will do this. But my point is someone can create a lot of trouble by doing this and maybe needs looked at.

As for this clan i think it was a honest mistake and now he knows the rule lets lay off him and help them.
