A player who has been substituted is ineligible to play in any other game of that fixture. This does not apply to other league and cup fixtures being played at the same time. A substitution is considered official from the moment the captain has posted it in the substitution thread.

does this mean once youve subbed someone out, it cant be reversed back ?

I know this has been mentioned before but could you add like a 1 week transfer window in middle of the season, due to players being unreliable and getting banned, it is hard for teams to stay together, IMO i think teams would be more consistant in games played and less work for league runners to have to sort out defaults

we have this on snooker so people can move clans freely, you miss half season if you join a new clan.

for cup if you played for 1 clan already in a game then your cup tied

a) The league officially begins with Fixture 1. At this point players must stick with their registered clan. Transfers are only allowed during a 1 week transfer window later in the season. If a player transfers before the transfer window, they will not be eligible to play until after the transfer window. After the transfer window, no transfers are allowed.
There is no transfer window for Cup Games. Once a player plays in a cup fixture, they are cup-tied to that clan.

b) Free agents can be signed throughout the entire season (note quarantine, rule 10).

10. Quarantine Rule:

A player that joins a clan will be placed under quarantine of 1 fixture. This means they are not eligible to play in the ongoing fixture. They are allowed to play in the next set of fixtures.
During the pre-season friendlies, players may still transfer clans, but are not allowed to play in that friendly fixture due to the quarantine rule (they can play fixture 1 of the season).
As long as a team change is posted before the new fixture date (even if the clan league runner hasn't made the change yet), it is valid.

Maybe you could change quarantine rule for example:


Player A starts with Top Dogs then in Transfer Window he transfers to Untouchables... That should be fine and shouldn't need a quarantine.


Player B starts with Vipers then askes to be released before Window and joins Team Angry Then in Window leaves again to join Crazy Eights... That should require a fixture ban.



And Rule for making new clans should be changed like i said before when someone kept making new clans and taking players then folding and making a new one next day. Maybe restrict all members to making a clan say 1 clan every 2/3 seasons etc. If people still continue to mess around then they recieve a yellow card aka warning then red card for ban for a season from FCL and FBL

The downside to a transfer window might be that reliable players from the 'lesser' teams would be cherry picked to fill gaps in the 'better' teams. That simply shifts the problem of teams running short of players.

As it stands if you bring in a new player not already in a clan the most they will miss is the current two fixtures but are eligible from then on. Seems to work fairly well - particularly in conjunction with the rule stating players can leave if released by their current captain.

One rule I would love to see would be for all points earned by players banned during a season to be taken away from that team.

I can see where your coming from... Maybe a price tag could be put on all players and a a team price. For example:


Team A (0 left) started with (20 mill)

Player A (3mill)
Player B (7mill)
Player C (2mill)
Player D (3mill)
Player E (5mill)

Team B (2mill left) started with (20 mill)

Player F (2mill)
Player G (2mill)
Player H (2mill)
Player I (5mill)
Player J (7mill)


Each player gets priced on rank, and consistancy which gives all clans a decent chance in League and Cup games.

Teams Maximum tansfer pot is 20mill and won't go down or up

And also every player could be valued at end of each season which price tags might increase or decrease

as a captain of a smaller team i agree that some of my players could be cherry picked.

but on other had it should also be up to player so if they decide to leave then they can.

but overall as a captain i happy either way.

as a league offical the price tag thing sound gd but a lot of work to do it for the website and to fairly price someone and think that would cause more arguments.

They can leave anytime. And if you allow them to join someone else fine. But equally if you refuse them joining anyone else then that should be fine too.

The seasons are relatively short so there should be no harm in sticking with one team or, if you want out of that one, waiting a couple of weeks till the season ends to join a new one.
