It was not my request, you asked me for my opinion and I gave you an honest answer, all I suggested was take a break from everything, collect your feelings and come back you feel ready to do so. I did not request leave the staff mate

and i said i have got my fillings fine i would step back and do the subs and team changes. you then said i not experianced enough so that saying i said i would leave.

Just a 'noob's opinion/suggestion... Generally the league and the website especially are run really well but I think you would cut out so much arguing if the big decisions were made only by all the runners together, after they had collected all the information and were final.
You could have an appeals system sure but when people know decisions will be reversed if they are backed by enough public opinion they are obviously going to argue to the hilt for the best result for their clan, especially if they can split the runners of the league.
I reckon if the runners looked at everything, made their decisions together, gave that decision as final and if someone complains didnt get frawn into a debate, just said "If you don't agree with the decision appeal giving reasons why and it will be looked at." Then people would moan about an incident for a couple of mins or hours rather than days or weeks.

right i have collected my thought discussed things with my wife and some friends on here.

And decided.

1) i will be leaveing website running.
2) i will still be involved in the league.
3) we be reducing my role to behind the scenes as to speak, u can still talk to me about league and i will still help in anyway i can but as for the rules please speak to kev or james,

I dont think 2hot2pot can be a captain for the following reasons:

He hasnt played a full season with any clan in the FCL yet.

He played part of season with sharpshooters.
Played part of season with Evolutions

Therefore the rules surely rule him out of captaining.
