Making it a rule is way over the top IMO , anyone of you are free top take a younger inexperienced player under your wing if you want to , but to make all clans do it is unfair .

Maybe _vol_ could start her own clan full of the new players to clans and train them herself? or have a mix an match of new and current.

I don't think anybody hates you mate I think you should pay careful attention to what is being discussed though before posting.

Goodo but owen you need to understand once a clan agrees to take you on you cannot go around posting can i join ya clan or any spaces as this will get you kicked out of ya current clan no doubt because people dont like that.

So just message vendetta asking if his offer of a trial at warriors is still on and when would he like you to play and who and please say thank you forthe chance ok.

And then lets go from there

If there was more of these 'newbies' maybe a rule could be brought in so that the newbies (genuine ones not new accounts) only play each other and so dont get hammered

Or maybe a feeder individual/pairs/small team league for those clanless people where they can prove themselves in reliability and skill

I'd suggest the same scenario, it would also be suitable for those on the waiting list. Make an individuals ladder to show they possess the qualities which are needed for clan events.

It could run alongside the current individual leagues, just add a new division, I update the current leagues and providing i have internet access over the coming months I don't mind helping update such a process. It just needs a little thought and careful planning

as i said when i first opened this discussion, it would be hard to implement - calling something stupid just is insane - i would have preferred more constructive feedback as to why you thought it was stupid and then maybe an alternative - something that zante, potty and hightops have done......

we all cant be superstars at this game - however - as pointed out on loads of other occasions, the clan league is there for fun.......

as captains - you will automatically look for the best players for your clan - no-one is disputing that so the only way the lesser players will get a chance is if

1. As potty suggests starting a clan - IMO this wouldnt work as getting hammered (as a clan) every match isnt fun.

2. Having 1 lesser player in each clan playing with a handicap - this can be decided by league hosts when fixtures are done to ensure it is fair - ie if i was drawn against owen in a match I would feel a 3/4 frame handicap would be fair - this would also ensure the lesser players get the experience of playing in clans, are part of clans that win matches and improve their own game.

3. Just keep ignoring them
