gilli I'm loving your choices! I really do love rock music, quite passionate about it! I enjoy all music though to be fair.

Whats the best metal album to drive to? Mine's by far Appetite for Destruction by Guns n Roses. It's amazing! Nightrain (Night Train?) in terms of lyrics and the guitar solos it's brilliant!

It's a little off topic, but who likes John Frusciante's solo stuff? Mind blowing!

System's new album is by far their best in my opinion. The self titled album was pretty special, but their latest it great! Lost In Hollywood? Yowza.

I still love listening to Slipknot, but I must admit, it's gone pretty soft. Still a great record though :-) I was in a rock club the other week in Liverpool and they played (sic). Went down a treat!

No one's mentioned Soulfly so far, Jumpdafuc*up, what a song!

Along with SOAD, KoRn are probs my favourite band. Shame Head has left :-( Blind and Clown? There's little better!

i dont agree. altho energy is important, thats not really rock. that pop punk etc. intelligent music is important in rock. and even more important in metal

Lamb of God, what a great band. I'm goin to see them at the sounds of the underground tour tomorrow with GWAR, all that remains, chimaira, strapping young lad, and norma jean.

gwar are freaks, just like lordi. both bands are full of real freaks but their music is actually good aswell as funny.

Well Gilli i havnt got that album, avenged sevenfolds yet because i simply forgot the name of the band :p , muse, gone off them they havnt released anything new lately.

since when was iron maiden one of your fav bands and 1 song of trivium is good forgot the name tho.

because of the feeling. cos they relate to the raw anger in those screams. cos joey is one of the best drummers in the world. these reasons and more. i dont actually like slipknot tbh, but its better than hiphop

raw anger or whatever it is, theyre crap. It just sounds like horrible shouty voices. I dunno about you (any1 who likes them) but I have a pair of ears and am planning on keeping them.

haha, avengened sevenfold have annoyed me by insulting atreyu for no reason, atreyu are better in my eyes anyway.

none of the stuff i listen to would class themselves as heavy metal, the real heavy metal was years ago, slayer, maiden etc. not the new stuff you've been naming really.
