As an exception to the rule, since this has gotten the attention it has, let me sum up the different factors pertaining this game from MY point of view... I cannot and will not publish what info we have received, but it should be quite clear from the summary:

1. Activity: Both teams decent, but not great. Crazy Eights a tiny tad better than MVP in this aspect, contrary to what some may like to believe. I'll take this opportunity to remind everyone that league hosts, in accordance with the rules, have quite accurate data on when league players are online and not. Claims of activity that does not correspond with the truth does certainly do no team any favours.

2. Messages: We have received info from both sides here, but I cannot really comment too much without essentially giving it up, which I wont. In short, lets all keep in mind that there is much more to this game than just the last couple of days after midgett got subbed in for fired_up_cue.

3. C8 captain not informing his own player of the sub made = minus

4. Midgett not being able to play on the spot when contacted by destiny is not a huge negative. It's a pity, but far from the neglect of responsibility one side tries to claim.

So all in all, the pros and cons weight each other out too much to make a ruling in favour of either player.

That's my last word on this anyway so feel free to moan or disagree all you like, but the data is what it is.

This is why this is a joke as i spoke to you and you were made aware by me that he had not been on in 4 days and made the sub as you realised you were in trouble as the deadline was 24 hrs away, yet you dont even have the deceny to admit to it and would rather lie to try and justify something that isn't true.

because he then wasn't online and Keith was in private message with me saying need to make subs etc so why was it down to me to mak a last minute sub why could you guys not have subbed dest out to when he has hardly been on at the time.

It's clear we should get default since midgett refused to play and their original player was not on for 4 days. Destiny has been on actively during the fixtures except the 2 days in which his opponent was offline as well.

As i said at the time why would i sub destiny when he had been active and your player had not been on? When you made the sub i told you then that i would let destiny know to make sure he would come on and get game played. Message was sent to destiny 4 mins after sub was made official. Midgett was online at the time and was going to be on the following day so you were happy the game would be played if destiny came on, which he did and then your player wouldnt play him. And the subbing myself in was for gino v steviejones if gino could not manage the following evening which he did.

Please do not create a story to fill what you want, please stick to the truth.

What a joke. he was on for a while after the sub was made, if you didnt let him know during that time, your captaining skills must be some of the worst in the league, maybe something the league runners need to look at.
