Right first off its been xmas so there hs been a small delay in us reviewing the ban.

Seems like i wasted me time though as marc has quit ^^

BUT this rule has been in place a few seasons now even when MMT was about for his last season or 2 if you dont like the rule you should of said but only now u complain when we are enforcing it against ne of your players for breaking it.

That said we have reviewed and if marc stays then he will sit out first two fixtures BUT he needs to named on ya full clan list when i ask for it there will be no escaping this ban by u guys not putting him on team rosta as soon as he is named on rosta he will miss first set of games which is 2 games which is one fortnight.

Well of course there's going to be complaints now you enforced it. How was anyone meant to know the length of ban beforehand when it says up to your discretion or whatever it says in the rules (not read them so don't know).

You really should be more specific with that rule in my opinion.

Problem with specific rules is that it goes both ways. Main reason to keep rules a bit open to discretion is to allow leniency where appropriate. The more specific a trigger and its corresponding consequence is, the less room for adapting to each situation. This particular rule is one where each case is fairly unique in terms of how much the player in question is at fault, hence the need for hosts to use discretion when determining the outcome.

Nice to see you took our thoughts on potty, and awarded a fair ban imo, cant really argue it now, just up to marc what he wants to do now.

And i agree with jan as no situation is ever the same, so discretion is better way forward if in an unfair situatin. For example if it was straight stick to the rules, marc would be out a whole season, but he isnt.

Maybe an appeal system should be created to help ease complaints and help arguments no?
