Click resize/skew
Resize to 80 both horizontal and vertical.

maybe its the size of the picture - sometimes that is the problem.

idealy it should be around 160x120 pixles, and not much larger then 25KB.

if you cant do that in paint - try going to http://www.imageoptimizer.net

it will resize and reduce the file storage size of the pic.

try the link ive jus sent u in a offline message and see if tht pic works

As you may or may not be aware, the FPL semi-finals deadline has been extended by 24 hours, due to the Blackout v Fellowship debarcle.

The FPL Grand Final will start on Monday, 4th January 2010.

Lists should be into kirk__1989 by the 2nd of January. Sending them to me will be no good, I wont be here.
