Flumpy as capt its ur job to make sure players msg u or even me about games as defaults are hard to work out when no info other that log ins an maybe the odd post

I tell my players to tell me if they are having troubles and I get around as often as i can.

i find out as much as i can, but i always cant find out everything - sorry.

that was a bit harsh, i have had flumps as my captain before, and trust me he pesters you about why games aren't done (through messages!)

As the end of the current season draws closer to the end, we need to look at the clan and suggest improvements.

As I am a very democratic person and I love a good old fashioned debate , I invite anyone to open up and put in their comments about the clan.

So Blackout members, if you feel something needs improving, then plese feel more than free to comment. Please keep it to constuctive critisism.

Topics that I like to look at includes the clan picture, clan teamwork and the captain (ie, is there anything I need to do better?).

This is on the open forum as there is no where else we can all come as one and discuss this.

unfortunatley this afternoon I have recieved a message from a friend of wales.

his internet has been cut and he doesnt know how long until he can return - if at all.

I will have to contact both of my subs and see if either of them can play

Hopefully we can do Blackout justice and pull off some results to entice some more good players to the clan!

I've enjoyed the season and think you've done an excellent job. Shame we've had players drop out but a few players seem settled here and hopefully we can build on that.
The only thing i've been disappointed about is that the season is so short.

Anyway, If i think of anything to add, you'll hear from me
