most ppl who reset their stats, are honest enough to put old stats on their profile......
i dont find the harm in this personally so long as we know.....
an idea would be for the system to show old stats - meaning if you renew you old ones are still visible

It's not a tactic.
And isn't everyone here to lower everyone elses scores and higher their own?
(Those who play ranked anyway.)
If you play ranked that's the risk you take.
Easy fix, check your opponents stats before you play.
(Win % etc.)
Or don't play 'newbies'.

You can see their reset stats if you click on the events tab on someone's profile then the history sub-tab...

damee your post was full of contradictions, thats all
james you are half right but this isnt a pointless thread,as you said resetting is not good and why is there no reason something can be done about it?
without hope in life, you tend to get nowhere.

Too right, but
Are people willing to go and look at them just for a match.
Also its a game, if you loose then you loose, simple as that, then that occurs, you didn't play as good as your opponent who if played better, should really deserve the game.

I completely agree, problem is removing reset would only lead to them making new accounts instead - which is no better.

I agree with the losing part...shouldn't matter how many times the opponent reset...if you can't beat them when the have full stats, you wont be able to beat them when they have no stats.
Also...i always check to see if someones reset or not if i see they are a newbie with a high win percentage, or if the just have a high win percentage with only a few games played....not for any reason o0ther than my own satisfaction, of course....but i still look every time
