if there still eight days left ? why cant the other games be played by warny in a rematch to finish them properly why default if still time to finish them ?

surely this aint right, since when can you use a sub to finish a match, you cant use a sub after a match has started, looks like someones changing the rules to suit again lol

So, we spoke to kirk regarding it..after about..25-30mins worth of negotiating..we sorted it and continued

If you read the rules page - which existed in previous seasons and which has been updated with mmt's further clarification at the start of this season - where does it say you can't? The only overriding condition is that both captains agree - and kirk agreed to it last night. That was his decision and no one elses since he is the captain.


And for speedy - it did not default. Yes kirk could have waited to see if warney returned during the next 8 days - he knew that was one of his options.

Decisions have been made on all sides and there is a result that has been achieved through actual play - which is surely the aim of the whole thing??

Personally I applaud kirk for agreeing to the sub and playing the game - it showed excellent sportsmanship and spirit at that time - but maybe thats just me.

If a game is not played, the result will be decided by the League Runners, based on the attempts made by both players to play the game. If a game has been started but not completed, then the result will stand unless pot_the_lot allows a small extension. If a game is forfeited, the opponent will receive maximum points that are remaining.
All the proof i need is above, i wasnt told at all that i could or more should get the maximum points so im gonna try and get them guys as its what w should have.

That does need amending kirk as per rules that mmt outlined at start of season web hasnt been ameneded as league runners do not do defaults anymore

Sorry potty but you have no say in the matter as your of course biased, i shall leave it with the others, yeah i played it cos i wasnt give the option of the clearly stated rules, its becoming a way of cheating if you dont stick them, sure you can all change em now after you came close but still wont count cos its what was there in the first place and should stay till the end of the season.

Potty you dont decide as its your clan, so its therefore must be put to the default team which isnt you anyway, i have stated what the rules say above and nothing more, there is no where in it where im cheating and what you guys did last night was a shambles, im not blaming anyone but i will argue to the rules all i can so im not out of order at all.

I guess its not easy when someone argues the point especially when they are correct or i wouldnt argue like i didnt with the last defaults.
