Ye this seems like a good idea you no 1st time i have heard of it

I agree that its a great idea and would be a great update if it was to be implemented.

But, the downfall is how many people would actually play it, because most of the people on this site i think like to play there games nice and quick, but this one is a slow and tactical game, therefore waiting longer for your shots, and i for one hate waiting

Thats the only problem i have, other than that its a great idea

well in a 10 man killer game you take a shot every 10 shots while in a doubles game you would take one every 4 therefore you would wait less than a big killer game of 5+ players

Doubles is a good idea...i dont think teams will work because what if that persons not online then you can't play....so i think you should pick someone to play with thats willing to play in tournys or whatever then its a great mix all the time other than having or playing the same team all the time thoughts???

I don't think picking team mates should be allowed (for tournaments.)

Because then obviously it will likely be the same people grouping together over an over, I think for tournaments it should be decided as your opponent is decided now.

For ranked/organised games then picking teams is fine by me, even though the same can be said for this too, you can pick your opponent in ranked games so you should be able to pick your partner, I just think the tournaments should be a little more random*.


*I hate using that word

Yeh i suppose your right about the picking players and with the random option, maybe when you enter a tourny the server randomly matches you with a player and your with them throughout till you lose...so really it would'nt be the same all the time, that could be good

I like that idea.

You could also have an extra doubles tournament in which your partner changes everytime, so that it'd mix things up a little and not have the same people win all the time.

Thats not bad either...

I think the only reason we haven't had doubles yet is it must be hard for nick to implement, thats maybe the only reason i can think of.

with ranked games though, would you have to be with the same player all the time? if so how would you be able to have an option to leave it?

With regards to the tourny it wouldn't be too much fun if you managed to get paired with a newbie every time Better to team up with someone who's overal ranking is similar to your own? or tourn wins?
