Thought we had 3 games to play every 2 weeks?

Only1aphex 2 vs Sporting 3
Good games mate
Just putting this forward, but does anyone else think that 2 weeks to complete a round is a bit to long? Considering it is a league aswell, people may quickly forget, and a race to 3 in 9-ball is not really asking much.

Good Point
This is more of an experiment week to see how it works and it might become 3 games in a lesser time

Suggestion for no-shows
Let's say for example that there's these fixtures among 8 players:
A vs B
B vs C
C vs D
D vs E
E vs F
F vs G
G vs H
H vs A
Obviously in some sort of circular formation, where all the players can be considere to be in a circle and each plays the player to his/her left and right.
Say E does not turn up; then we could simple remove him as follows:
A vs B
B vs C
C vs D
D vs F
F vs G
G vs H
H vs A
Opinion, familyguy0?

that would be a good idea and i did do it in a circular
order
do you think that in a tiebreaker instance that only the players with the ties should play or all the players play an additional round?

I'd be inclined to go with option 1. But that's just me.

moody_602 has not been on in a while
in this case and in others a 1 point default would be rewarded
I also would support the first one

I was thinking of something else... But first, is it 1 point per frame or one point per match?

it is 3 points a win a full match to 3 but 1 point if you win from a default

Aha... so if a player is in danger of being eliminated and his opponent (who is not) doesn't turn up, can he therefore force the endangered player to gain only 1 point and possibly be eliminated?

nice finding of the hole but i don't think i should give 3 points to someone for just not having their opponent show up
