each fixture will take 2 weeks and each player will play 3 games
at the end of the 2 weeks the 2 players with the lowest total points are eliminated and everyone else moves on
this goes on until the final week when the final two will play each other and the winner wins the whole thing

"extra" points
1 point for a GB and 1 point for a runout

So:
- the score after each fixture will be either 3-0 to someone or 2-1 to someone, right?

Do the points carry over from round to round?

How is it a mixture of UK and US?
