We have remained unbeaten in league games so well done to all.


Also like to congratulate the Untouchables for winning the league, i have read all the debates in my absence but with regards to the current format you are the rightful champions.


Everyone has there opinions on how it should or should not be, i am old school and think if you beat all other teams in any league format you should win the league. Think most people would agree to this if asked for an honest opinon.

If we remain with the current format then so be it, we all know the format/rules when league starts so if like this season Untouchables were to score more points and MVP win all games, Untouchables again would be the champions.

It is really up to the powers that be to think what they think is the best format as there have been plenty of suggestions put forward.

Agreed Keith.

Regardless of whatever the system might be, regardless of whether we think it's fair, sensible, logical or utterly retarded, the important factor is that the system is known to us all, up-front, and therefore the right winner is the clan who plays best according to that system.

Ultimately I don't really care about how the scoring system works, we just have to maximize our performance according to that system anyway.

There are a couple considerations to make though, beyond the mere logic of the system - mainly the fact that all games should be more or less important toward the end result. The main problem with any point system is that it makes some games, or at least parts of games, utterly irrelevant - which is not a good thing.

Oh well - best of luck for the next season, may it be just as close and fun a fight as we had in the previous one

Shame all this crap comes out now when you lot haven't got your own way. The scoring system has been what it is now for as long as I can remember..six seasons maybe. And defaults cost us the title a few years back to crazzy clan but nothing was said.

ex_champ only made a comment about the default system, never even mentioned last season and once again one of the untouchables has to jump in and have a go, its gonna get to the stage people will stop posting because they know the usual culprits will post rubbish to try make them look stupid,
correct me if Im wrong but is that edit congratulating ex_champ on a default win not a bit childish, quite sad really.

defaults didnt cost you lol,
crazzy were unbeaten and won it 2 seasons in a row and that included beating untouchables quite comfortably,
thats why nothing was said.

Yes ab, if somebody from your clan wants to whine about defaults I'm going to post something. That's a fact. I just thought it was very hypocritical of champ saying we didn't get legitimate wins when he prospered from the same system that we both played under.

If you think I'm posting any false statements on this forum then please point them out. I try not to make myself look like a fool on here like some others. I know for a fact that people I come across online are sick of the unsporting behaviour of some of your clan regarding last season. It kind of put a dampener on the whole season and if it continues it will eventually make people not bother with the clan league.

Two seasons ago in the first 2 weeks of the season ste had a 0-8 and a 0-10 go against him and smithbit had an 3-8 if I remember correctly. That kind of puts a dint in our title challenge, although to be fair the defaults were justified and so we couldn't complain...our fault. Just as it was Top Dogs fault last season for fielding aliq and hughzy when they didn't play...not our fault, but we get the flak just the same.

Read between the lines...if he doesn't like defaults post on the suggestion thread where theres reams of pages of peoples views. There has been loads of similar views posted by people from MVP since just before the last week of last season having a go at us for getting default wins. In my view, champs post is another instance of this.

I don't think champ was having a go at UTs,
why would he when we all know and as you mentioned he got a default win,
his post followed 2 others where formats were mentioned, can't stop the guy having an opinion on his own clans thread.

I honestly dunno why u reacted that much walker666. I only mean to suggest. Yeah, i got a default win, and im not happy with that. I have nothing against UT, i dont even know how many points UT, or even MVP got from default wins, even now.
