not for the first time since the upgrades my pc went haywire when an opponent entered the room in the latter stages of the tournament i have the newest java available to download, the screen freezes then leaves holes showing the page that is underneath, in this instance the funkypool homepage can someone please advise me on what to do as this is now becoming very frustrating

dunno weather its to do with the new layout but ive been logged out of two finals and one semi final today, basically it logs me out due to an error occuring and then lets me log back in as soon as i click. i also have the freezing problem when i enter a game in the tournament. any ideas anyone?

Mr_mystery, Robbean, please post your Java version and your browser (please be exact and not just the latest version). Is this just happening on tournament games for you? This is a serious error - it sounds like what was happening for killer previously.

Wots happened to tourny page it looks odd all names who have joined are in a box?

Today was a bug fix patch with a couple of slight changes too.

1) You can drag to select spin ball position,
2) Tournament page has been re-arranged to make time limits clearer.

I dunno if others were suffering from these messes too:

- lags. loads of it. disabled my macroflash (for ads), closed all programs.. but just cant seem to shake lags off :(
- hard to control the power (on either standard or alternate cue control).. due to lags??

- im playing 8ball us tourney and suddenly cant make a shot, the cursor's movin tho.

never had these probs before.. help pls.

I've been logged out quite a bit with the screen going blank since the upgrades, it's been becoming more and more frequent and has now logged me out of the eight ball Final a few moments a go. It seems to be when I go from a pm to the main screen and is becoming more and more annoying.

Maybe try a slight window resize...? Can you still hear the sound of balls being hit during this?

I can't-the whole screen goes white, the only thing that is visible is the web address at the top of the page, but apparently I stay logged on without the 'not responding' message coming up.

I have had this problem a few times as well I changed browser and it works better than it use to!

These problems should be fixed now.

Finished tournaments no longer have the date and time at the top of the page

Not sure if its just me, but i seem to remember an indicator which shows what ball was hit first, maybe im just thinking it up, but whenever i look at forums and look back at the screen im looking to see what ball was hit frist in the shot.

Not really a problem just maybe im used to it being there, im aware its been like tha a while as ive been thinking it since i created this name.

Was wandering if there was any way we could get this back if more people agree obviously, and thats if it was here in the first place and not just a figment of my imagination!

You can enable that via options, mich. I wanted the default game screen to be cleaner.

OK, I'll add the date for finished tournaments.
