I run all kinds of messengers with no problem. I've noticed that whenever i run Limewire and Funkypool, i tend to have unfavorable results....So maybe that's the problem with some people

Thats it for me - since the update i have lost over 20 games straight.

Mainly due to the table doing wierd stuff - already mentioned.

The game is now such a lottery for me it is not worth playing.

Please post some evidence of your problems, as some degree of detail is required before anyone can help.

Perhaps you have connection problems? As your results show you have been leaving quite a few games recently.

(and there is no sign of a 20 straight losing streak - do remember your results are there for all to see )

By the way, its free to download, so you shouldn't have any excuses not to, especially if you want to be able to play

Not sure if it's related to the updates (altho I've only noticed it since then), but the game window no longer asks me for confirmation when closing it. I see Steph has the same problem (see last few pages). I'm wondering why it says browser dependent when it always worked before. If there's nothing I can do, I'll just have to be more careful!

Hey nick its not the new layout but i'm trying to post in the forums and the message is telling me that a word I am using is blocked.. I'v gone over the whole message and editted almost every word and cannot find anything wrong with it.. I'm very civil..

Is there any chance that FP could highlight the said word in bold so that we dont have to go looking for it..im wondering if it is a bug...there's nothing rude in the post

I made a post before and it said i had inappropriate words in it, after i looked over the whole post, it had taken my last 2 letters of one word and the first 2 of the second word and together it made a bad word, so unless the same has happened to you....

Can be annoying when it happens in a room or PM window. The author of A Tale of Two Cities, Charles D, is a prime example.



Really? So a sentence like "Finish it" will get blocked? Years ago I played on one site that did just that. But as you can see, that particular sentence has been posted no problem...

I have found a bug. Was playing someone in mini golf, and he left. But then hole 3 started, waiting for him to take his shot. The game acknowledged that he left the room, however. I'll try watching the game to see what happens...

Ok, that ended the game. But it should have let me play on. My issue is, what would be the implications if this happened in a tourney or ranked game of pool?

YES - that's just happened to me. Well, to my opponent d_1106. Me vs him in the straight tourney, score at 31-31, and I had missed and it was his shot. His shot timer timed down, but no random shot or anything. Then the warning for 3 minutes came up. Not a word out of the other guy, then the 1 min warning came up, then with about 10/15 seconds left, "d_1106 is not responding". We both forfeited moments later.

Here's where a shot timer would be ideal if there's no result when time is up. Alternatively, anyone with issues or slowing down in the last x minutes would do. In any case, however, maybe a proviso of any tiebreaker would be that a player or players have reached a certain score, say at least 25 or at least 30.

Killer should be working again now, and the other games in general should be smoother. Sorry for the delay - this was dependent on the animation change.

i dont like the game anymore. it just doesnt feel right. the balls move so weird. if i take a hard shot all i see ia a white flash thats supposed to be the white ball. the sound has changed to .. its more tinny, it just doesnt feel right or comfortable to play anymore. cant it be changed back ?

The past 4 games i've played have frozen when the black was potted. We were still able to move about the different rooms and such, but it was still showing that I or Niall was on the black waiting to pot it, but it was clearly potted, and we found the only way was to leave the room. I don't know why it's doing it, but it's quite agitating. Is there something we're doing wrong, or is it another bug?
