Every single complaint is handled, no exceptions what so ever. Rest assured.

Keep in mind though, that not all complaints are in fact valid. Now and then, a player may feel mistreated or cheated upon, without this actually being the case.

Good point. However, there are options to block PMs while competing, ignore individuals, ignore guests, and block all PMs outright. These would be sufficient, in my humble opinion.

At the moment, I have PMs blocked while I'm playing. If I'm playing in a tournament and someone really needs to get a hold of me, they can enter the game room and talk to me there.

I've always liked this idea, and could be the default when playing a game, but if in chat, or maybe in friendlies, the PM would pop up as it does now.

The staff do try there very best to deal with cheaters so you got to give them credit for qhat they are doing to this site and how they are helping it improve
