Paul Robinson (Leeds United) doesn't quite make it. He scored a last-minute equaliser against Swindon Town in the Carling Cup, but his penalty save came in the in the shoot-out.
In the summer of 2006, Australian keeper Adam Federici scored the only goal of the game for Reading in a pre-season friendly against Bromley after being played up front by The Royals. Don't see him saving a penalty in the same game, though.
Here's what I could find...
We start with none other than current Sunderland chairman Niall Quinn. In 1990-91, after scoring for Man City against Derby in the old First Division, Tony Coton got himself sent off, so Quinny went between the sticks and saved the resultant penalty from Dean Saunders.
Eric Viscaal, a Belgian outfield player, was forced to take over in goal during a clash between AA Ghent and Lokeren in 1994 after Ghent's regular keeper was sent off. His first act was to save a penalty, and then, with seconds to go, Ghent were awarded a penalty and duly went up the other end and scored.
In the 2005 FIFA World Youth Championships in the Netherlands, a Spanish player called Jona scored the first goal in their 3-0 win over Honduras after 5 minutes. However, with about 10 minutes left, Spain's substitute goalkeeper conceded a penalty and was sent off, just minutes after coming on. With all substitutes used, Jona, nowadays known as Jonathan Soriano it would seem, stepped in and saved the penalty.

(...continued)
Inevitably, we finish with two goalies who are well-known scorers from the spot.
Hans-Jörg Butt has scored 26 goals in the Bundesliga, all penalties. He was even Hamburg's top scorer one season with 9 goals. In that same season, he scored and saved a penalty in Hamburg's 3-1 victory over Schalke.
Finally, in 1999, Paraguayan legendary goalkeeper Jose Luis Chilavert, a master of scoring penalties and free kicks, did the good thing and scored and saved a penalty in the same match for Velez Sarsfield in their 2-0 win over Independiente.

A Double Humped Camel from a Noah's Ark asked "Who is your friend?" And the Horse replied "There he is." Who was the friend?

An Elephant?
"Yes, and I was trying to race with you on roller skates," said the Elephant, with a laugh. "Wasn't it funny when my skate came off?""
