DOUBLE PENALTIES for those who do not meet this deadline

-10 start for not starting a game and winning rock off
-6 start for those who have started yet have not completed their match.

exceptions to those whose opponents are just to lazy to say anything

if no other games are completed - then only those who have started their games will progress.

at this rate, the semi finals will be played by all those who have played...so losers may get yet another chance in the semi finals as they have proven themselves.
