no, becasue you had no recorded completed matches, then there is nothing much I can do about it.

I would put you back in, but the league season has started and there are no more spaces left.

Even if you finished all of your matches - if you do not post it on the forum, then those matches mean nothing!

I can cut out straight for more pool games next season if there are others who support topsy on this one

Im ok for it to stay its what differs this league from yodas best to be different

i agree, maybe 2 games of it is too much maybe? dunno, wat do others think?

suggestions:

1 game of straight and one mini golf?
1 game of killer which includes all 4 players of the league?

There are obvious problems with these but it would work if everyone was willing

I wouldn't take out Straight, as Topsy said it's one of the main differences between our leagues. While most Straight games will end 2-0 as one player is likely to pot a lot better than the other, it still adds a bit of competition. For instance, I was leading hightops 33-11, he came back only to lose 39-32, so it can add a bi of a challenge.

1 of Straight and 1 of Mini Golf would be interesting though

good ideas, and this has come to my mind before but we came up with the following issues

Mini Golf: Some players know how to get the score of 9, and others can not shoot 18 for peanuts. So it would be very unfair.

Killer: Impossible to do. Its hard enough getting players online at the same time as myself (and I am sure that many others have the same issue). So could you imagine trying to co-ordinate for four players to be on at the same time - near impossible.

I pused for mini golf, but my advisors said those things and I had to agree with them becasue it was true...some can get 9 and others struggle to get less than 15

Nothing is impossible, you have never messaged me asking to be on at a certain time, if we messaged our opponents and they all agree then its fine

They would have to send a copy of the message to you ofcourse

Then if 1 person does not appear within half an hour each way of the set time they will simply get no points for it, just message a mate asking to join the game then leave once its started.

If for some reason an unexpected event occurs and the other two players are notified before the game is set to take place then rearrange it. If they cannot be notified theres nothing we can do so that im afraid would be tough luck.

If 2 dont show up then just make a 3 player game and again find a mate to join then leave

If 3 people do not show up then there is only one winner.

It would work if everyone was willing.





Oh and as for mini golf, there is nobody in the league that i am aware of that has got a 9. Though i wont argue my case against that simply because its not a very good one

With the killer thing id be more than happy to help out with it if your schedule is too full flumps!

i like the sound of the killer, maybe hat game is worth 5 points for winner, 3 for second, 2 for third and 1 for last. but if a player doesnt turn up then obviously theyd be given no points

but ok berbatov....You come on to play killer and then your girlfriend rings up to say that she is stuck on the side of the freeway.

Then yoda's girlfriend rings up to order him to go and get some bread and milk.

Then hightop's boss (which could be his girlfriend) rings up to say that he needs to be at work in 30 minutes because some guy is in hospital....

then that leaves you as winner. Sure, nothing you can do about it...they are our girlfriends!!!

but as far as our group goes...I am in Australia, yoda is.....i dont know lol, Hightops is somewhere which I have never herd of before and you are in Ireland.

Now lets say that I am in Australia, yoda is in the USA, Hightops is in Central Russia and you are in Ireland...then thats a nightmare. Someone would have to be up at an early hour of the morning just to play a game of killer.

I could organize it easy...but im not forcing someone to get up at an unreasonable hour.
