I missed black two times last night on UK8 Runouts.. 1st one jus distraction really bad miss..
2nd one was a really hard double the white collided and stopped it going in!!

I had a semi's curse as well in my early days. Took ages to win one, then took ages to win a final as well.

When I was in early days I didnt care for winning I was so happy to see myself getting to the final lol.

Playing interleague this afternoon.
My first frame...broke and cleared to black...missed a thin cut in the middle bag, other bloke cleared up.
My second frame...other guy had a dry break...I cleared up, potted the black and somehow I cannoned one of his reds into a corner bag. Gutted
We still won 11-7 though, the grub was good and the beer was cheap so all is not too bad

HAHAHA... Just played rankgrabber in the UK 8 ball speed tourney, wasn't paying attention.
1) I was on the last yellow before the black, and I got lagged right as time was up. My shot did not happen and I got a random shot instead. Foul.
2) Later on, rg committed a foul with only the yellow and black on the table. I duly potted the black, only to realise that it said "clooneman (0)loses to rankgrabber (1) by a foul on the black". It was then I realised I was on yellows. Too busy texting someone...
Now to concentrate on Cork vs Tyrone again

getting to finals of straight ball, games just starting, then my electric went, so i lost !! worse thing was watching the not responding timer going up !! was proud to get there, all the good players i beat they need to make the not responding a little higher, 90 seconds isnt enough !

9 ball speed tourney, me versus potluck. It seemed impossible for either of us to avoid snookering ourselves and each other, either a) deliberately or b) accidentally after potting a ball or missing a shot. STots at a ball were at a premium, and there were still 4 or 5 balls on the table when time elapsed.
