nice idea in practice, but its a sombre as well as a 'joyous' occasion, some two pennies worth will always twist its intention and make out to be a celebration of the horror, rather than reflecting on the end of the war.... So Maybe the Parades and the silence of respect is all we need, after all theres a memorial in pretty much every park and a lot of landmarks of the UK.
